How it works
Each city is a perpetual market tracking an index of home prices. Go long if you think prices will rise, short if you think they will fall. Positions are margined and settled in USDG, and the House liquidity pool in the Vault takes the other side.
Fees
The trading fee schedule is published here before trading opens.
Buyback and burn
$STOXH earns creator fees on its Pons pool. An automated keeper checks daily. Once claimable fees are worth at least $100, it claims them, spends 20% of exactly what it received buying $STOXH on the token’s Uniswap pool, and sends every token bought to the dead address. Every burn is listed, with its transaction, in the Fireplace.
Risks
Trading perpetual futures is high-risk and is not suitable for everyone. With leverage of up to 100x, a price move of less than 1% against you can liquidate your entire position. You can lose all of the margin you post.
Home-price indices can be thin, lagging, or revised. Oracle prices can be delayed or wrong, and smart contracts can contain bugs. Funding payments and fees reduce returns over time.
Depositors in the Vault take the other side of traders’ positions and can lose money when traders win.
$STOXH is a utility token with no promise of value. Buybacks and burns do not guarantee any price.
